I quite like the Bull and Gate. The venue has a decent stage and good lights. Usually. Last night was red and green night. Maybe because it’s coming up to Christmas or something. Why can’t the people who deal with the light see that green light makes people look really ill?! And that is NOT a good look!
The band played brilliantly once the problems with the keyboard had been solved, that is. Clearly it was working during the sound check! How stuff like this can happen is beyond me. Sadly that was the second time this happened to the band and I don’t think they will be playing at the Bull and Gate again.
